Caldwell RV park amd Resort

We pulled in after the office closed. We didn’t receive a packet, which we have become accustomed to, but we had a site map and found our camp space. We were right next to the lake #69. We had a pull through for our 40’ fifth wheel and we’re happy. Lake access is only through the tent campers sites in front of us or going around the lake through full time resident campers sites. We don’t mind because the full time residence are so kind.

Everyone is so nice and thankful. This place is amazing. Great laundry facilities, that we have never had onsite before.

Family and dog friendly. Great bike paths and lake fishing. 🙌🏻

Decent quick option

Good site for rv camping but if you're tent camping there are probably better options depending on what you're looking for. The tent sites are super close together and there is alot of highway noise. If you're looking for a quick site with amenities this is good though. It has shade and thats a huge plus.

Friendly Private Campground on Fishing Pond, Access to Bike Path

FEATURES:

-Primarily an RV park, but there are grassy spots right on the fishing pond for tent campers.

-Spots for short-term stays are pull-thrus with full hookups. A little slice of grass separates each RV.

-WiFI was good and seemed to reach throughout the park. The fishing pond is nice to sit by and watch the ducks.

-"The Greenbelt," a 3 mile paved path can be accessed right at the front of the campground. It crosses an old train bridge and then runs along the water.

-The restrooms were clean, and well serviced. Really nice and bright laundry room.

-Super friendly owners.

Surprisingly Good

Approx, 10-12 Grassy Tent sites, with shady trees, on a small 6 acre lake with entertaining ducks that do not beg for food. Lol. Lots of RV sites with full hook ups, including, 105 long term users. The showers and toilets were clean with lots of hot water. Laundry room with 6 washers and 6 dryers. A little road noise from l-84. 2 miles from shopping and fuel. Friendly staff. Surprisingly good, as this was our first “private” campground we’ve ever stayed at. $27.00, including tax, per day.
