Overview
Sun Creek Point RV Resort is a large, full-hookup RV park located at 213 Aviation Way in suburban Caldwell, Idaho, in the Treasure Valley region. Opened in 2024 and operated by Blue Terra Development under the Point RV Parks brand, the park spans approximately 30 acres with 225 paved RV sites. It is situated 5 minutes from I-84, offering convenient access to the broader Boise–Nampa–Caldwell metro area.
Facilities
The park offers full hookups (water, sewer, and electric) on massive paved pads accommodating RVs up to 75 feet long and 30 feet wide, with both pull-through and back-in configurations. Two clubhouse facilities total approximately 12,000 sq. ft. and include a year-round heated pool, hot tubs, laundry, private showers and bathrooms, a golf simulator, a full-size indoor sports court, game rooms, and a workout room. Additional amenities include a general store, playground, four fenced dog parks, and dog wash stations. Premium WiFi is available throughout the park. Nightly, weekly, and monthly stays are accepted.
