Gorgeous

All of Kauai is absolutely astonishing. This little hike to the mini falls is so beautiful. You really tone in with nature on this hike, it’s a must do!

Right next to the water!

One thing I really love about most of the campgrounds in Kauai is that they are right next to the water. This campsite was great, and right next to the beautiful water. I would definitely say that this park wasn't our favorite, but we were in Kauai so we really couldn't complain. It is a big enough area that it is great to hang out with a big crew of people. This beach is right in front of the Marriott Resort. I thought because of that that it would be super busy, but it really wasn't. Another nice thing about this beach is that it is within walking distance to a lot of great food options. We ate at a really yummy restaurant right next to the beach. We sat outside and enjoyed people watching. The beach itself was pretty clean, considering how many people come here daily. I would advise to get there early to snag a spot. We got here at around 9am and got a good spot next to the water. We hung out until around 4pm and packed up and got ready for dinner. There is also a really great pathway where we saw tons of walkers, runners, and bikers. There is also a great hike nearby that we did the next day. If you plan to do any hiking while on the island, definitely go early in the morning to beat the heat and traffic.
