Very run down campgrounds that used to be a KOA and now a Good Sams campground. Not maintained very much even though the few staff tried to clean it a bit. Weeds, not mowed, peeling ceilings in dated bath house with exterior doors that do not close or have keyed entry. Only trash can was in laundry…
Lots of springs nearby. Trails are great for all. Lots to see. Bathrooms are clean. Little vegetation between sites, but enough space.

The good: Conveniently located right off of I-75, pull thrus, full hook ups plus cable, bathrooms and showers air conditioning and clean, laundry room very nice, dog area, volleyball court, basketball court and pool.
The Bad: the sites are very narrow, the pavement is broken, not level in some…

We RV camped site 10 and it was very spacious sitting right on the lake. This site does not have full hookups but the dump station was half a block away and easy to use on the way out. This is such a great place for people with ATVs. We didn’t have one so we just watched with major jealousy as…

This was my first time camping and I really didn’t know what to expect. I thought it would be awful. Camping at Suwannee was awesome! There was so much to do - swim, see the bat houses at night, and so much area to walk around and explore. The tree houses and some cabin had great lights lit up at…
Called ahead and booked a tent site at this county campground.
Brian and Betty were the hosts (BnB!). Brian was very nice on the phone and didn't even come around to collect $!
In fairness, I was there for a short time and dropped the appropriate fare by the door of their RV on my way out.…

So peaceful. We camped with friends and absolutely enjoyed our trip. Friendly campers there and respectful.
Up front, Madison RV& Golf Resort was a first class operation. There was a lot of signage as we got close to the CG to guide us in. We arrived and checked in with no problems and were then escorted to site 60a to meet up with our travel partners who were in site 60, which are their buddy sites…

We loved this tucked away park. Beautiful setting. Perfect for golfers and non golfers alike. Golf packages are amazing. Sites are immaculate, spacious and level. Everything is clean and new. Will definitely stay here again.
I stayed at the Suwannee River State Park at the beginning of February. Getting there and getting set up was very easy! Each spot had a fire ring and picnic table. There were tons of hikes and things to look at and do. We even canoed we he Suwannee and were picked up at our campsite and paddled…
