Nice campground

Nice rustic campground. Not recommended for people in wheelchairs. pet friendly, CTC friendly. all gravel, 30amp, Water and Sewer at all sites but the gravel needs to be better maintained. Friendly camp host, who help you to back into your site. Sites are fairly level with just a slight slope to the creek. Almost all sites back up to the creek. There is alot of traffic noise during the day but it gets very quiet at night. Bathroom facilities are fairly clean but are in desperate need of updating. The bathhouse are not Wheelchair accessible. There is no cellphone signal but they do have wifi so calls can be made over the wifi, but bandwidth is low so dont plan on streaming Netflix on a rainy day. Fairly close to Helen Ga perfect for a driving in for the day.

If the gravel was better maintained and the bathhouse were remodeled and cleaned up I would give this place 5 stars, but the amount of off gravel dirt and potholes I had to deal with in my wheelchair ruined that for me.

Perfect location

Great location, stream running right along multiple campsites. Location has bathrooms and showers. Friendly camphost. Not to far from Helen, Ga and right near multiple good trout fishing locations.
