Sun Outdoors Marathon is a full-hookup RV resort and boutique motel operated by Sun Outdoors, located at Mile Marker 59 on Grassy Key in the Florida Keys. Formerly known as Pelican RV Resort & Marina, the property sits on 300 feet of Gulf of Mexico waterfront and is well-suited for anglers and boaters. Lodging options include full-hookup RV sites (back-in, standard and waterfront) and motel/suite rentals.
Facilities
All RV sites offer full hookups with 30/50-amp electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and resort-wide Wi-Fi. Back-in sites accommodate up to 50 feet with slide-outs. On-site amenities include a heated swimming pool, restrooms and showers, laundry, a recreation hall, a camp store, LP gas, a dump station, a picnic pavilion, and a dog park.
Recreation
The property features a private marina with 16 boat slips, a boat ramp, a fishing dock, and a fish cleaning station. Additional recreational amenities include basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, and a playground. The waterfront Tiki Hut hosts regular sunset gatherings.
