Long Key State Park Campground, near Long Key, Florida, is a unique destination that offers a blend of natural beauty and a laid-back atmosphere. With only four tent sites, it provides an intimate camping experience right by the water, making it a perfect spot for those who enjoy a peaceful retreat.
The campground is known for its stunning views and proximity to the ocean, allowing campers to wake up just steps away from the water. Visitors have praised the clean facilities, including bathrooms with warm water, and the chance to enjoy activities like kayaking and snorkeling right from their campsite. One camper described it as “heaven,” highlighting the joy of unzipping their tent to the ocean view.
While the serene setting is a major draw, be prepared for some pesky bugs, especially during certain times of the year.
