Little Villages - lots O Rules

Upon arrival during evening hours, your greeted by a gentleman with dementia, who will have you up a tree if you can't drive your rig.

If at all possible, DO NOT PAY BEFORE learning the rules; and there's lots.

Despite what your told over phone, or in person, don't bet on it. Your assumed stay, in a long- term spot, will soon be turned into a month- to- month reservation, and must be approved by office staff prior to each month. Another surprise that leaves your family stressed and unsettled. Nevermind, the nosey, and passive- aggressive full- time residents, who ultimately make, or break your experience.

This is a 55 plus park, but this depends whether you are part of the " click." This goes for your RV/camper too! If you travel with an older camper/RV, (

RVs only. Summer rates, winter rates, annual rates, seasonal rates, and mobile homes. On Gandy Blvd in St Pete you can- take Gandy bridge in order to get to Tampa in 15-20 minutes. Bus stop also near.
