We tent camped here. Site small and sandy but location is the key to this KOA. Right next to Lion Country Safari. We are used to hearing birds and frogs when we camp, but here it is lions...and other noises I was not able to identify. Weather great to explore park in late Winter. Kids loved it…

Rustic. Freedom. Old timers. Families. AANR. Pool is heated comfortably year round. Sauna. Hot tub restaurant fitness laundry pool table clubhouse. Pavilliin. Much is centered around the above area. But more is being done for trails and sites.

The staff wears great! Very helpful and quick to fix any issue. Our electric did not work at our site so we moved. They had someone out the next morning to fix it. Very well lit at night with security. The RV park is located in the back of the county park, so there is plenty to do: water park,…
Only one person, menager and hard to find when you need it! Parking on the grass. It is not safe. Located in a close distance from State Prison. No security.
This is not a camp sight. This is the place nightmares are created. We felt unsafe all night. Please do not stay here! Cats running everywhere, People driving by the campers taking pictures of them, not maintained at all.
No paver here everything is on dirt. Very cozy place, planty of shades, little swimming pool and friendly people all around. You just can't beat the price ! $ 18 if you have Passport America membership.
This park and the people who run it are awesome! If you camp on the canal, chances are you will be right next to some amazing yachts! 7 minutes to Ft Lauderdale Beach and 7 minutes the other way to Seminole Hard Rock Casino Hollywood! We will be going back!

This is an older campground with a lot of full-time RVers. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and will do whatever they can to make you satisfied. This is a campground in the middle of the city, so don’t expect a lot of quiet, as this is how it is in a city. We spent 14 months here…
This park is located in a beautiful area of Fort Lauderdale, however, it closes at 7pm. So make sure to get there before the front gates close!
The people are nice and the park clean. The sites are close together, I suppose to allow for many seasonal residents.
However, this park is located in an area where exotic fruit trees grow and many ornamental wholesale growers are. Dragon fruit, Mangos, Avocados and others.
An easy drive to visit…

Myself, my husband, and our 2 year old son recently started camping as a family. We originally chose Miami Everglades RV Resort as a site to test our new equipment. It is close to home, so we figured if something went wrong, we’d just pack up and come home. Much to our surprise, this site is…
This place is situated in the mirror middle of acres upon acres of ornamental trees and shrubs for sale by various companies. They’re currently was not a manager however issues we had our resolved fairly quickly. The spots are tight. There’s a really nice pool miniature golf in a walking trail…

Before our stay my husband called to check on availability. We were told that we would be able to view the sites to see which one we would prefer. When arriving on the property was not able to get anyone at the front gate so had to park in the middle of traffic to walk through gate. While checking…
