The park is nice. Close to town, has a nice beach large lake and pleasant vibe. They do lock the gates at 10pm so don’t expect to hangout in town past 10. Fun stuff to do is fishing, biking, seeing the town and visiting the racetrack.

You’ll love this place. Look at the maps and pick your site with care. You either get Sun or shade. Bathrooms are both new and old depending on site location.

I think it’s a great park. Sites are good and large. Bathrooms are a mess and dirty. Has two beaches and you can rent boats including pontoons. The local town doesn’t have much to offer but the little convenience store makes the worlds best potato salad in the world.

It’s a big park. The staff could be a friendlier and it’s in better shape. Good for a weekend.

A nice little island which is all yours. We spent a week and enjoyed it. Watch for sand flees. They are bad and all over. The bathrooms are clean with warm water. Beaches aren’t really swim able. Mudy and not sandy.

I almost feel bad writing about Cages Bend because I don’t want people to crowd us out. It’s a core of engineering park one of the best. Small album on the river and so peaceful you’ll think your in a move. We go every year. Please be respectfully of staff and neighborhood.
