Highlands Getaway operates as a private campground with drive-in access east of Lake Placid. The facility charges $30 per night and accommodates RVs and tent campers through established sites. Without extensive review data, campers should contact the property directly to confirm current amenities and site conditions.
The campground's location provides access to central Florida's lake region, with several other camping options in the area including Woodys RV Resort to the northeast. Given the limited available information, visitors should verify site availability and specific facility details before making reservations.
