Travel trailer privately parked on our 5 acre property and available for overnight guests. Sleeps up 3-4 with Queen size murphy bed, table that converts to bed, and two twin bunks; kitchenette with microwave, gas stove, oven, and refrigerator/freezer; bathroom with sink, flush toilet, and shower; furnished with cookware, dishes, silverware, basic toiletries, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. (Contact us for full inventory information. Forget something? We are on the property and probably have it!) Additional amenities include: furnace, air conditioning, outlets with USB, tv/dvd player; bluetooth cd player with outdoor speakers; selection of cd's/dvd's available; outdoor shower sprayer with both hot and cold water; outdoor camping grill; memory foam mattress topper on queen bed and bottom bunk, and an electric awning with LED lights. There is a secluded area outside of the camper with a propane firepit and camp chairs to enjoy the beautiful view of the backside of Pikes Peak or the twinkling of the stars at night. Come enjoy the outdoors in Teller County by visiting the Florissant Fossil Beds, the Wolf Sanctuary, Guffey Gorge, Cripple Creek and Victor, Mueller State Park, Eleven Mile Reservoir, Woodland Park, and more! Hike, fish, kayak, hunt, gamble or sight-see during the day and have your own comfortable home-base to return to at night. Bring your own food/beverages. In the months when burning is permitted, we will likely have the camper moved into our completely fenced/private yard and park it next to the wood-burning fire pit. Tents can also be set up in this area as well. Dogs will be considered on a case-by-case basis and can either be kept in our fully fenced back yard or on a leash/tether. We also can accommodate short term RV parking on dates that we do not have our camper rented for a fee. We can provide shore power but do not have 30 amp hookup.
