Beware, owner is rude, mean and inconsiderate to a paying customer

I had reserved and paid for 2 site with mountain view rv. Due to road contruction and detour we were expecting to arrive late to the rv camp, a little later than 9pm. I called 3 times during the day, to explain why we might arriving late, the 2nd time I called, I was told the owner would call me back (I never received a call back). At 4pm, my 3rd call, the man I spoke to at rv office (Paul) didnt care and told me I was a bad planner and then threaten me he was going to charge me a big fee if I even enter into the campground. He said that I couldn't stop there and that I better find a another campground for the night. I told him they already took my money and suggested  couldn't I park somewhere and checkin the next morning. He said no and told me I can go ahead and leave a bad review. He also said threatening, "I better not see you in my campground in the morning." I will not ever book mountain view rv again! I paid money for no service, was threatened, and intimidated. I was lucky and found another campground that were understanding and accommodate for my late arrival. No traveler should be treated this way. Can a business take my money, deny service, give threats? If you go on their fb page, you will see the owners response to my review. Please beware he is a greedy, rude, inconsiderate person. The owner never offered to let me park outside! I was the one who asked if I could park as they already took my money. But after he threaten saying,"I better not see you in my campground in the morning", it was clear that it is not safe for me to be anywhere on his property. Below is mountain view checkin policy, I was treated unfairly!

Park policy is very clear about arrivals after dark. Some feel entitled to violate our policies with threats and bullying but we will not violate late arrival policy no matter how childish and entitled you act.

Guest was offered parking outside in front lot but was too enraged to accept this offer.
