Description

Deep in the wooded upper reaches of the Turkey Springs area in San Juan National Forest, FR 630 offers a quieter, more secluded alternative to the more heavily used sites closer to Turkey Springs Road (FR 629). The site is flat with established shade, a fire ring, and enough space for cars, vans, and medium-sized RVs — reached via a gravel road with occasional washboard. A 14-day stay limit applies.
