Pretty stellar view

Awesome spot near twin lakes. No 4wd necessary, and very convenient. Might be a little high traffic but still primitive camping.

For most public lands, dispersed camping follows a 14-day stay limit within a 28-day period.

Is there 24-hour access to County Road 24 Dispersed Campsite?

Yes, County Road 24 Dispersed Campsite offers 24-hour access. As a dispersed camping area near Twin Lakes, it follows standard Forest Service or BLM dispersed camping protocols which typically allow campers to arrive and depart at any time. Does County Road 24 Dispersed Campsite offer 24-hour security or staff availability?

County Road 24 Dispersed Campsite doesn't have on-site staff or security personnel. As a primitive dispersed camping area, it's unmanaged and unstaffed.
