Sitting at elevation near San Isabel National Forest in Lake County, Twin Lake is a drive-in dispersed area with open sites and no developed facilities beyond fire rings. A handful of spots can accommodate big rigs, but the layout gets tighter deeper in, making it better suited to cars and tents. Privacy is limited. Campers have reported trash left in fire rings across multiple sites, so packing out everything brought in is essential.
