Great spot for night or few especially if you have kids along

Yes, it is a parking lot revamped for head to toe RV parking. However everything was clean and includes electric/water hookups and dump station. Across the driveway is a really nice well maintained park with shaded tables and room to run that includes playground, swimming pool ( not open now of course) with toddler pool, basketball courts, etc You certainly get a lot for your $25.

Parking lot

Probably not where you want to stay if you're in a tent unless you're desperate. $25 for a tent site right next to the road. We left and got a hotel nearby. It's fine if you're looking to park your RV and need hookups, but it's basically just a parking lot

Good overnight stop

This city park campground is 10 minutes off the highway - a perfect overnighter. We had W & E with a picnic table on a gravel lot surrounded by the municipal park. Some shade but don’t count on it. A few tent sites too.

Just passing through

This campground was ok for a night.  It had electric and water hook ups and was cheap.  The park is pretty nice and the local people seemed to enjoy it.  The site was level and easy to get in to.  the bathroom was clean but not very private.  Not sure but I think some of the campers were actually living in the park.  I felt safe.  I would not want to stay more than one night.

Good stay

Easy automated check in, need card for payment. Nice for a stay while traveling through Colorado. 1/2 to a few places to eat. Quiet and next to park and across the street from fishing pond. Easy to find, gravel sites and level. W/E sites, and Elec only sites. Dump Station.

Not quite what we expected ...

We followed the map via the app and it led us to an area surrounding by cornfields, which would’ve been lovely. However, this place is on the other side of town next to a fairgrounds, and a construction site. The park(fairgrounds) adjacent is nice, but... A plus is wifi and bathrooms had soap, running water and TP!Imma call that a win!!! 👍🏾👍🏾

Quaint

Not the prettiest site but close to many stores, Interesting landmarks and small town charm. They have activities in the summer like mudpit volleyball and movies in the park. Very safe area for my brood . We enjoyed the community pool and the clean playground.

City of Brush Campground Great spot

City of Brush Campground was a perfect spot for us. We spent one night at a cost of $25.00 per night. This includes 30 amp electricity, water, wifi and a dump station. The city is using a new automated system and it is located at the entrance to the campground. There's a city park, pool and a very cool little museum adjacent to the campground. We had a very quiet nights sleep even though the campground was quite busy.

Last nite a RV park saved my life

Driving through CO and was hit with a snow storm. We stopped at Brush Memorial RV Campground for the night. Straight forward pay at kiosk. Plenty of space. Electrical hook-up. Heated bathrooms and shower. It’s located past town with nothing much to see and you’re situated next to grain silos. If you need a hearty breakfast try Home Plate in town. I gave it 3 stars as the park literally saved our lives and provided us a safe spot during a snow storm. It’s probably a 1 star without the life and death situation.

Awesome Stopping Point

We have stopped at this location twice now and the rules have been changing. This is a small city park that allows you to overnight one night for free. After that there is a fee. There are several longer term campers here too. They have electric and water hookups as well as a dump station. When you pull in, it is a U shaped driveway and the spots are on both sides of the road. There are 18 spots total, these seem to fill up nightly and people come in throughout the day.

While this isn’t a glamorous stop, it’s a safe place to rest before continuing your journey. There are several great diners and bars in the area too. There is a city pool next door and a pond across the street that is stocked.

There is a train nearby, this didn’t disturb us. There are locals residing there, they were very nice. The streets were easily accessible.

A good place to stop over

We needed to stop on the way to the mountains and most places were full but we found a spot in Brush. It had 12 sites with Electric and Water. Memorial Park was pet friendly, heated restrooms and showers, picnic shelters, playground, and disc golf. There was also a fishing pond across the street. We were excited to find out the first night was free and after that it was $20. It was a good place to spend the night.
