Cheap and convenient

We needed a place to sleep while a parent was in the hospital. We were in the middle of a roadtrip so we had a big camper plus a trailer. We didn’t need amenities so it was only $15/ night. The bathroom and showers were adequate.

Super convenient dump station for $10!

We haven’t camped here, but use the dump station after boondocking.  Super easy, super convenient and only $10 - love it!  Good to have a $10 bill handy in case the credit card machine isn’t working.

Good and inexpensive stay

We came late at 8:30pm. Enough space available for campervans. Could pay at the machine and stayed one night. Clean toilets and showers. Code needed, but found somebody who told us. Dump station available. $15 without any connections, $20 with electric (110V) …

FCFS at it's best

Arrived Thursday with no reservations for the memorial day weekend. Thanks to the policy of not accepting reservations, we were able to get an open site

Nice in-town RV campground

Used their dump station for the last clean out of the year. $10 at the kiosk gets you access to their 24 hour 365 day dump and water clean out site.

Not A Bad Little Spot

Called on Friday to ask about availability on Saturday. They said they would likely have a spot but to call in the morning on our way. Called at about 2 PM and they got us in, thankfully because it was full by the time we arrived. Decent showers, lots to do around there. Easy hookups. Very cheap for the area!

Amazing Bathhouse

The showers and bathroom here were phenomenal and that was certainly the highlight of my stay. There are plenty of sites here, each one getting at least electric hookups. There's no privacy of course, but that's because it's just one big organized dirt parking lot. For $15 I will certainly come back if I ever travel through.

Easy, Inexpensive Place to Stay

Well kept area to park with access to electricity. You are only allowed to stay 14 days in a calendar year, so not a long term place. We stayed in Nov so water and bathrooms were closed. But it’s a safe place to hook up to electricity so we enjoyed it. The parking area is connected to a park with sidewalks and ponds.

Cute site with lots to do nearby

Campsite is on a first come basis which is nice since most places nearby are booked way in advance. Only $25 a day which includes full hook up. They have a dumpsite which is included in your fee. This is in the fairgrounds so a lot of events during the weekend. Stores, restaurants and movies all walking distance which is great.

In center of town so all conveniences close by, many times events at fair grounds, quiet-no road noise. Outstanding bike trails connect to grounds- bikers paradise.

Good Location , great price

We couldn’t find anything near family in Highlands Ranch in July, but ran across this place- Tight spots for our 38 ft fifth wheel but, we made it. Loved the location, so close to do much to see and do- Nice little bonus was the well maintained Animal shelter in front of park, was so nice to see the animals. We will stay again and I want to volunteer to walk dogs next time!!!

Nice surprise

Couldn’t find a vacant RV park or campground north of Denver on a Friday night. Getting dark and Walmart was looking like the only option. Then we found this! Clean, a little cramped but nice showers and bathrooms. Beautiful flowers on perimeter. Full hookups $25 or $15 for none. Pleasant surprise and on way to Estes Park.

wonderful little fairgrounds camp area

beautiful restroom facilities and love that it is centrally located in town. there is a lot of police presence inside campground which is awesome for safety, but not so wonderful when they bang on your door asking about your front license plate (rig was backed in and had temp tags, as just bought), would not have been an issue had I not been sleeping. I did notice the camp supervisor was talking "about" some campers, and stereotyping them for tattoos and appearing "gay" The issues were not addressed when complaint was submitted, however, such a lovely campground I would recommend it anyway.
