Cute little campground

Nice little campground right on the creek. It’s also right next to the county road so cars can be seen and heard passing by. Traffic can be heavyish on weekends but a great place for the night on a weekday.

Frequently Asked Questions

What amenities are available at Cebolla Creek Campground?

Cebolla Creek Campground offers a streamside camping experience with limited amenities. The campground's main feature is its proximity to the creek, providing campers with easy water access and pleasant natural surroundings. This appears to be a more rustic camping experience, so visitors should be prepared to bring their own supplies and potentially practice Leave No Trace principles. For current information about specific amenities like toilets, fire rings, or picnic tables, contact the managing agency before your visit.

Do I need reservations for Cebolla Creek Campground?

Cebolla Creek Campground appears to operate on a first-come, first-served basis without a reservation system. The campground tends to be quieter on weekdays with more availability, while weekends see heavier traffic and use. If you're planning a weekend visit, arriving early to secure a spot is recommended. For the most current information on reservation policies and potential seasonal changes, check with the campground's managing agency before your trip.

Are there hot springs near Cebolla Creek Campground?

While Cebolla Creek Campground offers a pleasant creekside setting, there aren't any hot springs directly at the campground itself. Colorado is known for numerous hot springs throughout the state, so there may be options within driving distance of the campground. If you're specifically looking to combine camping with hot springs experiences, contact the local visitor center or forest service office for recommendations on nearby thermal features that could complement your stay at Cebolla Creek.

How do I get to Cebolla Creek Campground in Colorado?

Cebolla Creek Campground is located alongside a county road in Colorado, making it easily accessible by vehicle. The campground sits right on Cebolla Creek, providing a beautiful waterside setting. While the exact location coordinates aren't specified, you'll find it adjacent to the county road which experiences moderate traffic, especially on weekends. For specific directions, it's recommended to contact the managing agency (likely the US Forest Service or BLM) before your trip to get the most accurate route information based on your starting point.
