Rough access roads lead to White River, a dispersed campground that accommodates RVs up to 50 feet within Sequoia National Forest. The Forest Service manages this drive-in site, which operates from late May through September with reservations available at $26-$33 per night. Campers find drinking water, toilets, picnic tables, and trash service among forested terrain near creek and river access. However, one recent visitor noted the campground has been closed for an extended period, despite its previous popularity. Those planning trips to the area might consider campgrounds near California Hot Springs for reliable alternatives.
