Whiskers Campground is located near Bass Lake in the Sierra National Forest. The terrain consists of forested areas with nearby hills and a lake. Temperatures range from 30°F in winter to 90°F in summer, and visitors can explore Bass Lake and the Sierra Vista Scenic Byway.

Campsites are located on the North Fork of Willow Creek. Garbage service at entrance of campground. This is Bear Country. Please store food properly and don't feed the bears. 6S42 (Central Camp Road) is unimproved dirt road - not maintained for low clearance vehicles.

Directions

Take Hwy 41 north from Fresno to Oakhurst. Turn right on Road 222 and travel to east end of Bass Lake. Turn left on Central Camp Road (6S42) and travel approximately 4 miles to the campground.
