Description
Sonoran Desert scrub surrounds this open BLM pull-off along North Vulture Mine Road, sitting in the shadow of Vulture Peak with views across the low desert hills west of Wickenburg. The roadside location sees light daytime traffic and goes quiet at night, with enough room for a couple of large rigs — a 45-foot fifth wheel has parked here without issue. Vulture City, a preserved ghost-town and mining site, lies just a few miles south.
