Amigos Loop Dispersed Site

Within Coronado National Forest, Amigos Loop Dispersed Site provides free camping in a forested setting managed by the US Forest Service. This drive-in site allows campfires, pets, and alcohol, making it accessible for standard camping needs.

The dispersed site sits along a loop road that requires 4x4 vehicles to complete, though the loop connects close to the main road for easier access. Campers report finding space away from other sites, with sunset views available in the area. For those preferring developed facilities, Cunningham Campground offers a more structured option nearby.

Amigos Spot

Second time camping here. Great area to relax and enjoy the sunset. Far from other campers/camping sites. Loop is close to the main road. 4x4 is required to make the loop.
