Full hookups include electric, water, and sewer, with RVs up to 60 feet accommodated, and water pressure has been reported at a steady 35 to 40 PSI.

The campground sits on a bluff overlooking Cook Inlet, with sites A through C featuring direct ocean views from their patios. Sites are close together, and site C fits only shorter rigs. A shared common area with a picnic table and fire pit gives guests a gathering spot facing the water. Eagles have been spotted overhead.
