Awesome campground

Great campground. Lots of trees and shade. Greeted by host. Bathhouses were clean. Campground was very well maintained. Beautiful lake. Beach swimming area and boat ramps nearby. Wifi works great.

Wonderful campground

True to the word campground. This place has trees and wildlife and a beautiful lake while also having a laundry facility, bathhouse an wifi. Not like your average luxury rv resorts ( parking lot with a pool). On-site host greets you and gets you checked in as you enter the park. Maintenence crew does a fantastic job keeping the grounds looking great year round. There is also a nearby beach swimming area and boat ramps.

It's okay

It used to be an awesome campground before the new owners took over, yes the new people have improved the place a lot and has made it a lot prettier, but unless you have a camper or RV your pretty much Sol. They offer a free primitive spot for tints but it's not the greatest pretty much maybe a half acre lot with places to pitch a tent, no firing, they do have a big pavilion at that spot but pretty boring honestly. They won't rent you a camper or RV spot to pitch a tent either, website says cabins coming soon but we've been watching the website for about two or three years now and still haven't seen any cabins.

We used to camp this place every weekend in our tents but sadly we don't go there anymore because of the new rules and owners. Never had a problem paying whatever the RV site cost was to camp there on the tent until they took over.
