South Sauty Creek Resort

South Sauty Creek Resort sits on Guntersville Lake with both drive-in and boat-in access options. The campground provides electric and water hookups for RVs, along with drinking water, restrooms, showers, and a camp store. Waterfront sites accommodate self-contained units well.

Campers should note the single bathhouse requires crossing two roads and walking through a gas station parking lot from most campsites. The lake setting supports fishing, kayaking, swimming, and skiing activities. Picnic tables and campfire areas are available throughout the property. For additional options in the region, see campgrounds around Langston. The resort works best for RV campers with onboard facilities who prioritize lake access over convenient restroom proximity.

Self Contained for the Win

If you are self contained and have onboard holding tanks this place has lots of waterfront sites. If you need a bath house there is only one and it’s located a good ways from all the campsites. You have to cross two roads and through a gas station parking lot to get to it.
