Fun for kids

I don’t like how you can’t pick your spot and you just have to drive around until you find one you like. My kids love the pools and the indoor pool is awesome during colder months. My kids love that. I don’t like how far away some of the campsites are from the playground and pools. Also not many sites have the lake view. Overall it’s a fun place to go if you have kids. I wouldn’t go if it was just me and my husband.

Great Place to stay

I couldn’t of asked for better. The staff is friendly and helpful. Always clean. The new management has done a lot to improve its campground. Lots to do with the kids.

Staff has went down hill

We have visited off and on for years. This was our second bad experience. The long term campers are rude to teenagers when adults aren’t present. Then we “incurred” fees. Management will not return a call and you can only leave messages. Very sad that new ownership has led to this.

Best place for kiddos

Our little family absolutely loves this place. So much for us to do, indoor/outdoor pool, putt-putt, game room, etc.... Plus!!! They have chocolate gravy on the menu for breakfast!

Clean and family friendly

Spacious and clean, a lot of recreational options for youth and the staff were nice and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay but wished the cellular coverage was better in case of emergency.

Lots to do when the amenities open.

No amenities open, nice spacing between sites. Water, power and sewer. Nice and clean bath houses with laundry facilities. Small store with tons of r.v. parts. Restaurant on site with golf carts driving thru campground offering snacks. Vendors selling pork rinds that were delicious. Also small farmers market with outstanding selection.

The bad. We had to leave a day early, they will not give refunds. We were there 4 nites, paid for 5. Not real friendly staff. People there long term just let dogs roam and poop wherever although strict guidelines say you must clean up, they don't. They also don't mow the grass before you get there or clean up the sites. People on weeknights are loud and until 2 a.m. we could not get to sleep. Security finally came through and shortly after it was quiet.
