Misfit Mountain

Welcome to Misfit Mountain!! Our cabin Raelean, can sleep up to 4 guests, with a full size bed in the loft area, and a futon bed on the main floor. You will have access to 12V power ONLY, this limited solar power source will be enough to give you lights and charge a phone or 2 at a time when used responsibly. For your convenience, we have stocked the cabin with everything you will need, such as

• Camp stove (propane)
• All cookware and silverware you should need
• Clean linens for the full size bed
• 2 towels and 2 washcloths
• (PLEASE NOTE- Effective June 1st, 2025- To keep our current price, bedding will only be provided for the FULL SIZE loft bed. NO linen or pillows will be provided for the futon bed. We will also no longer be providing towels or wash cloths. You will need to bring your own. Thank you for your understanding.)
• ***OFF GRID *** private outdoor shower heated by propane. (Shower is closed November 1st-April 1st)
• "The Honey Pot" an ***OFF GRID ***outhouse, is a short walk away. Inside, you will find a Nature's Head Composting Toilet. Please, take your time to learn how to use this toilet with a simple Google/ Youtube search. When used properly, this toilet is simple and sanitary. There is also a urinal and a sink to wash your hands.
• All hiking trails will be available for use while you stay. Please, stay on the connecting the trails to stay on our property.

Our tent site "Huckleberry" is a primitive site that has no access to a bathroom or shower. And, is only accessible by 4x4 vehicle or hiking. Huckleberry is equipped with a fire pit, a picnic table, a grill, and a trash can. You will also have full access to all hiking trails on the property. But, will need to be respectful of other private campsites.

Please, verify which site you are choosing to book clearly as the sites are very different from each other and have different camping experiences and price points.
