Lakeside Landing RV Park & Marina

SUMMARY PRESENTED BYT-Mobile

Reservations are available at Lakeside Landing RV Park & Marina, a full-hookup facility on the shores of Logan Martin Lake in Cropwell, Alabama, with sites accommodating RVs up to 65 feet. Drive-in access is straightforward, and the park also welcomes boat-in and walk-in campers. Most sites sit along a single interior row, with a handful of lakeside positions that face directly onto the water.

Site conditions vary. Reviewers note that many pads are uneven with minimal gravel, though most include a 6x9 concrete pad. Power reliability has drawn some concern, with reports of occasional brownouts. The showers have drawn mixed feedback as well, described by one reviewer as odorous despite appearing otherwise clean. WiFi is available but spotty. On the positive side, the grounds are consistently described as well-maintained, and a 10 p.m. quiet time keeps nights calm. Pets are welcome throughout.

The lakeside location gives campers direct access to the water, and the marina setup makes it easy to arrive or depart by boat. Long-term residents share the park, which gives it a residential feel in places. Sheryl notes that "most rentals are along one row and a couple of the lakeside sites," so requesting a lakeside position at booking is worth the effort. Nearby alternatives include General Lee Marina & Campground and Clear Creek Cove RV Resort for those comparing camping near Cropwell. Book ahead during summer weekends when lake traffic peaks.

One and done

The view is fantastic if you are lakeside- but it stops there. Most rentals are along one row and a couple of the lakeside sites. Sites are very unleveled with minimal gravel but almost all have a 6x9 concrete pad. No pool, no fire rings, spotty wifi and frequent brown outs on power. Both shower points smell horrible but appear clean otherwise. Lots of long-term vehicles. People are friendly and pets are welcome.

Beautiful as ever

Very Quiet at night due to 10 pm quiet time. Very clean, nicely run site. Nice ppl that work there as well.

Clean, friendly and well maintained

The grounds are well maintained and the staff is on top of things. Great location on the lake, close to everything. So close you don’t even need to leave the RV park to see the frequent fireworks or the huge pelican gatherings.
