Loved the beach and trails!
Overall, this is a very nice and convenient campground. We really enjoyed the beach area and the trails. Lots of mountain bikers throughout the weekend. It did have shower houses but we did not use any because we lucked out and got a full hook up site I will say most of the sites are not level, I have some broken concrete and need some TLC. We stayed in the B loop and loves the proximity to the playground and beach. Seems like there could have been numerous full-time residents staying in Loop A.

Great lakeside beach
Although we didn’t get a chance to stay the night here on the most recent visit we had an incredible time exploring the lake and beach areas. We also had a chance to wander around the camping area and check out what is available. The lake itself is not enormous but perfect for those who prefer a quiet space to paddle and swim. There are plenty of nooks and crannies to explore and we even found some wild blueberries growing along the banks. The beachfront is kept very clean and there was plenty of space for everyone who was there to enjoy. The bathrooms were also nice and there were several small shaded picnic areas you can use. Though I would suggest getting one early since more were being used by the time we wanted to eat lunch. Overall, the camping area looked nice and provides very easy access to the lake. It is also divided up into multiple areas that are more set up for either tents or RVs.

Nice lake, great mountain bike/hiking trails
We stayed at a great waterfront site, which was amazing, and had full hookups. (Although it did get full sun in the afternoons, which was warm) Some of the other sites are W/E only and some are not as great. The park buildings and docks are a bit dated, but the staff was very nice. The lake is small and I enjoyed using a stand up paddle board. We will be back because of the bike trails... already have a reservation! Sites B37 and B35 are a bit more shady. Absolutely no AT&T service.
