Nineteen miles of unpaved road separate BLM Corral Creek Recreation Site from the pavement, so rigs over 30 feet should plan accordingly. Set along the North Platte River in Riverside, Wyoming, the site gives anglers and campers direct water access. The season runs June 1 through November 15. Crowds tend to stay thin. Nearby, Corral Creek Campground — Bureau Of Land Management is another option for those wanting a slightly different setup in the same drainage, and places to camp near Encampment round out the regional choices.
