Fishing draws most visitors to Tieton Pond, a small campground surrounding an equally small stocked lake in Snoqualmie National Forest. The fishing tends to be most productive early in the season. Sites are limited in number, and the campground fills fast on weekends. Amenities are minimal, with picnic tables the only listed facility. Mosquitoes become a problem later in summer. Anglers wanting more developed facilities nearby can consider Rimrock Lake Recreation Area, about two miles south, or browse campgrounds near Snoqualmie National Forest for additional options in the region.
