Point Hudson Marina & RV Park

This place is a gem. The online reservations and check-in processes were smooth and efficient. The spot itself was level, and everything seemed to work as expected. It was a fairly average RV park with spots practically right on top of each other. Where this place shines is in its location with beautiful views across the mouth of Puget Sound to Whidbey Island, the Cascades beyond, as well as Point Wilson Lighthouse nearby at Fort Worden. The property is at the edge of downtown Port Townsend with Water and Washington streets right there, and even uptown quite accessible as well.

I stayed here to beat the heat in my neck of the woods and for a healing change of scenery— it was amazing and I encourage anyone and everyone to respectfully visit this beautiful and healing place.

Port Townsend is one of our favorite locations, having come here by sailboat for decades and now with a travel trailer. Point Hudson marina and campground are right on the edge of downtown PT and have beautiful views and access for culling, kayaking, and paddle boarding. There is no tent camping. It is an easy walk or bike ride to coffee shops, beach, State Park, etc.

I stayed for a weekend to do some local education classes and found the RV park to meet my needs just fine. The check in staff disappear at 4 pm, so I had to call to find out the codes to shower facilities. The site itself was average - great views and within walking distance to restaurants, and the bathrooms and showers were clean and very good. I would consider staying here again, but will probably look at other RV parks as well.

The campsite is overlooking the water, beautiful views of the Woodby ferry short walk to the beautiful old town.

The RV park is next to the beach with nice full hookup pull through sites. I would stay here again.

We have stayed here 4 or 5 times in the past. This is the best way to spend time in our trailer, act like we're camping, while exploring Port Townsend one of the coolest towns in WA. Excellent weekend getaway. Restaurants, shops, marina, history, all within walking distance. Friendly staff, level sites.

This is a classic example of an average RV park/campground in a prime location. It's basically a parking lot plunked down in one of the most beautiful places on earth, in my opinion. The sites are right next to each other with only a few feet between sites. The front spaces have a view of mountains and water, and open out onto a pretty beach. You have essentially no privacy, but again, those views. You're a short walk to the Port Townsend business district with all its shops, restaurants and galleries. You can catch a ferry over to Whidbey Island, which is great for a day of biking. You’ll definitely need to book well in advance for this one.

Cannot beat the location of this RV Park and Marina.  If you are camping in your RV/Van the best spots are waterfront ones which are also the most expensive. But the expansive views are worth it and the marina is picturesque and proximity to all restaurants and all that downtown Port Townsend has to offer is very hard to beat. There were open spots in February but I bet this place is really hard to get in in the summer. Plan ahead!

I love this park. Beautiful sunsets and sunrises right on the water, and the dog can swim! Very calm atmosphere and really great food just down the road. Husband and I stayed there last night and met some really neat people. 10/10 recommend stopping by 🥰
