Cashmere Farmhouse

Cashmere Farmhouse is a small, owner-hosted RV property in Cashmere, Washington, conveniently located between Leavenworth and Wenatchee. We offer a single guest RV site, so you won’t be lined up next to rows of other RVs like at a traditional campground.

Our just-over-one-acre property features an original 1901 farmhouse and a flowing pond with resident ducks and stocked rainbow trout. The RV site sits alongside the pond and offers a relaxing place to unwind while still being close to everything the Wenatchee Valley has to offer.

We’re approximately 0.4 mile from the Chelan County Fairgrounds / Expo Center, 15 minutes from Leavenworth, and 20 minutes from Wenatchee, making us a convenient base for sightseeing, festivals and events, hiking and biking, visiting family, temporary work assignments, or an overnight stop while traveling through Central Washington.

This is our home and a residential property rather than a secluded wilderness campground. A well-traveled local road is nearby, so some road noise should be expected. The sound of the flowing pond helps soften some of the surrounding noise.

We also have a friendly Great Dane who lives on the property and may be outside during your stay. He is contained by an underground invisible fence that keeps him out of the designated RV site, although he may come close to the site boundary.

Our goal is simple: provide a comfortable, convenient place to park your RV, enjoy the pond, and explore Cashmere, Leavenworth, and the Wenatchee Valley.
