Swimming, paddling, and lawn games keep Crown Point Camping Area busy through the warmer months. Set in a thick pine forest near a large pond in Perkinsville, Vermont, the campground has a lagoon for swimming, canoe rentals, and a boat launch with water views. Full hookups with electric, water, and sewer make it a functional stop for RVs. Showers are free. The campground runs organized events including bonfires and yard game tournaments, and firewood and supplies are available on site. Campers with kids or dogs tend to do well here. The season runs May 1 through October 15, and reservations are available, so booking ahead for holiday weekends like Memorial Day is a practical move. Those wanting to compare options can browse campsites near Ascutney or consider Wilgus State Park Campground a few miles east.
