Zions Gate RV Resort

We had reservations to stay at this RV Park for five days during a cross country trip in October 2020. We were excited to explore Zion National Park and couldn't wait to arrive at this location. When we pulled into the park it became clear that this was primarily a trailer park with people living there full time. We drove through and were not comfortable with it, so we drove to the nearby Walmart parking lot and made countless desperate phone calls trying to find a place that could accommodate us. When we found a place the owner told us that Zions Gate RV Park is known to have problems with homeless people and drugs. We were relieved to have dodged the bullet.
