Description
Open BLM terrain in the Silver Island Mountains west of the Bonneville Salt Flats hosts this flat clearing at the foot of Rishel and Volcano peaks with wide-open views across the salt playa. An established fire ring marks the spot, which comfortably fits a small cluster of vans or similar rigs. Moto tracks crisscross the surrounding terrain, and a country road provides straightforward drive-in access.
