The expansive Arapeen OHV Trail System can be accessed from the campground and has more than 350 miles of designated, well-maintained trails for off-road vehicles. Seely Creek Guard Station is located near the top of the Wasatch Plateau, within the Manti-La Sal National Forest in central Utah. The cabin was built in late-1907 or early-1908 and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Guests enjoy year-round recreational activities, including hiking, off-roading, snowmobiling and skiing.
Skyline Drive passes along the ridge line just above the cabin, providing great trail opportunities for off-road vehicles, mountain biking and hiking. In the winter, the surrounding area becomes a playground for snowmobile enthusiasts. Cross-country skiing, back country skiing and snowshoeing are also popular activities. Horseback riding trails crisscross the area as well. A maximum of 20 horses is allowed at the guard station, though no horse facilities (corrals, hitching posts, etc) are present. The surrounding meadow can be used for picketing or hobbling.
Seely Guard Station can accommodate a maximum of 30 people, with six inside and 24 camped outside in a maximum of six vehicles (truck and trailer combination counts as one vehicle). The rustic guard station is spacious inside, with four single bunks without mattresses. Guests must bring their own linens, bedding and pillows. The cabin is equipped with a table and chairs, a fireplace and wood stove. No water is available. A vault toilet is located approximately 50 feet behind the cabin and a campfire ring lies outside the fenced area on the north side.
The cabin is situated in a beautiful wildflower-filled meadow, at an elevation of approximately 10,000 feet. Seely Creek flows along the edge of the meadow. Skyline Drive runs along the top of the Wasatch Plateau for more than 60 miles, rewarding visitors with beautiful mountain scenery, glacial cirques, spruce-fir and aspen forests, numerous lakes and reservoirs. Wildlife and summer wildflowers are plentiful, and autumn leaves put on quite a show. Due to the guard station's high elevation, guests should be prepared for all types of weather including snow or hail, especially after September.
John August Lake is less than three miles from the guard station, with fishing and scenic high alpine views. Pete's Hole and Soup Bowl are less than eight miles away, offering fishing and a hiking trail.

Diamond Campground is located among shady cottonwoods and willow at an elevation of 5,200 feet. The family sites are located just 15 miles from Spanish Fork and the group sites are 2-3 miles further. Visitors enjoy exploring local trails and relaxing along the stream.
The stream and creek offer fishing for brown and cutthroat trout. An interpretive nature trail winds through the campground along the stream. Hiking, biking and off-road vehicle trails are abundant in the area.

This large, fully accessible campground contains a variety of campsites, including several group sites that can accommodate groups of up to 50 and 100 people each, equestrian sites and single and double-family sites. Loop E is made up of equestrian sites with corrals, hitching racks, water troughs and horseback riding trails. Sites are equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings; larger sites also have serving tables and grills. Flush toilets and drinking water are provided. Firewood is available for purchase from the host. Roads and parking spurs are paved.
The campground is studded with groves of fir, pine, aspen and Gambel oak trees, which provide partial shade and nice fall color. Broad grassy meadows cover the areas around the trees. Summer wildflowers and wildlife are abundant.

The Payson Lakes Area is just 5 miles away, with rainbow and brown trout fishing, canoeing, swimming and picnicking. The Mount Nebo Wilderness Area is adjacent, brimming with beautiful mountain scenery, pristine waters, abundant wildlife, vibrant summer wildflowers and numerous trail opportunities. The Nebo Loop Scenic Byway stretches 37 miles through high alpine terrain, dense forests and colorful meadows. Devil's Kitchen Geological Area can be found along the loop. It offers a 1/2-mile round-trip trail to interesting red rock hoodoos.

Timbered setting with limited accessibility. Lake fishing and floating, rafting, kayaking, swimming, and hiking are popular recreation activities for this area. There is no water available at this campground. 7 single sites.
Diamond Campground is located among shady cottonwoods and willow at an elevation of 5,200 feet. The family sites are located just 15 miles from Spanish Fork and the group sites are 2-3 miles further. Visitors enjoy exploring local trails and relaxing along the stream.
The stream and creek offer fishing for brown and cutthroat trout. An interpretive nature trail winds through the campground along the stream. Hiking, biking and off-road vehicle trails are abundant in the area.

Picnic tables, fire rings, utility tables and cement site pads are provided at each site; some sites on less-shady Loop B have picnic shelters.Group sites have picnic shelters, tables, campfire rings, grills, water spigots and large parking areas. Sites 1A and B are about 2 miles beyond the family campground and sites 3-6 are a mile beyond that.__
Diamond Fork Stream and Wanrhodes Creek run through the site. Loop A has nice cover from cottonwoods and is more shady; Loop B is more open with few trees but plentiful grasses and sagebrush.

Diamond Fork Canyon has an array of things to do and see. Red Ledges Picnic Area is located less than a mile from the campground, with beautiful red rock formations like Diamond Fork Arch. Fifth Water Hot Springs is a popular attraction. A 2.5-mile trail rewards hikers with scenic views and several hot springs pools of varying temperatures.
