Leppy Pass Dispersed — Silver Island Mountains BLM

The Silver Island Mountains rise abruptly from the salt flats of northwestern Utah, and the broad dry lakebed near Leppy Pass sits at their foot — wide open, nearly flat, and largely empty. A short bumpy dirt road off the paved approach is the only real obstacle; the camping area itself handles RVs and larger rigs without trouble. Mountain views surround the site on all sides, pronghorn occasionally pass through, and cell signal (Verizon and AT&T) reaches reliably despite the remoteness.
