Description
Glen Canyon National Recreation Area's canyon-country terrain surrounds this rocky pullout near Blue Pool Wash, set among dramatic white sandstone formations under wide Utah skies. The access track is subject to washouts and can become impassable when wet, so high-clearance vehicles with dry-weather timing fare best. Stargazing here is strong once headlights from the nearby road fade, and the spot typically draws little to no company.
