Description
Open high-desert benches just east of Zion National Park's boundary host this BLM dispersed area off Route 9, offering wide-sky views across the surrounding redrock and scrubland from nearly every site, with about ten spots spread among low shrubs that provide some separation between campers. Access follows a rough, once-paved road off the highway — take the second left, not the first — where the gravel surface is generally manageable for careful drivers, though the road degrades significantly in wet conditions and high clearance is advisable. Fire rings are present at several sites, and low-bar cell signal is typically available, though speeds are modest.
