Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park at Daddy Joe's

3 beautiful pools, a splash pad, lots of activities for kids, homemade ice cream, movie nights!, very clean bathrooms/showers, mini golf, restaurant on site, it’s wonderful!!

We really enjoyed our stay while at Jellystone in Tabor City. The amenities were great and would have been even better if we visited during a warmer part of the year. Campsites were well maintained and clean. Common areas and bathrooms were also very well maintained. The resort had an abundance of activities for kids. We stayed at site 178 which a quad site. Very happy with the sight and it is off to the side so not a lot of traffic. It was a bit windy because it is out in the open though. The only reason why this is not a 5 star review is because during our check in the front office staff was not very helpful/friendly. Our stay improved so maybe it was an off day.

What a great weekend! Highly recommend during the month of October. Family friendly. Kids love it every time we visit, but especially during October.

Clean, friendly, plenty to do

Great place for family entertainment. Kids of 10, 8, and 5 and all had a blast. We stayed during a storm and the camp staff adjusted their events to focus on indoor entertainment for the families. Wonderful.

Laser Tag. Splash pad. Water slides. Indoor and outdoor pool. Playgrounds. Dog parks. Putt-Putt. Ice Cream. Fishing. Basketball. Volleyball. Horse shoes…and our kids did it all.

Plenty of space between sites and very accommodating staff/assistance.

Great store with camping essentials.

We will be back next year.

This campground is perfect for families! Had a blast with all my young cousins participating in all the daily activities. Highlight of the trip was one of the bears Cindy riding around on a fire truck. Sites are very nice! Concert pads, full hook-ups. They even have family quad sites that seemed fun for reunions. My only complaint is that there is NO SHADE by the pool areas. Tried to bring a small easy up to set up but we had to take it down as it is a wind hazard. Just be advised that you have to have a personal umbrella if you’d like shade by the pool. Other than that, everything is very clean and nice! Creamery and mini golf are also a plus and fun! Kiddos also enjoyed the laser tag.

Nice family friendly campground. Plenty of things to do for the kids. Water park, swimming pools, playgrounds, laser tag area. Golf carts are of you both for the rent. Nice size convenient store you can also purchase homemade ice cream. Pet friendly with two dog parks.

We were delighted to find beautiful scenery, friendly staff and a comfortable campsite that included a picnic table and fire pit. Daddy Joe’s is an awesome place to bring the kiddos. A splash park, mini golf, swimming pools and the park has activities throughout the year. It’s dog friendly with two dog parks and plenty of places to walk and run!

We went for the first weekend of October to enjoy the Halloween activities and we could not have been more pleased. Our kids, ages 1, 3 & 14, enjoyed every minute of the weekend. We booked a quad site with two other families and the location was perfect for all the children to run around and be kids without worrying about disturbing others. Cannot wait to come back.

Very nice campground, great amenities, very clean. Sites are very unlevel and there are sand spurs everywhere so definitely keep shoes on everyone, we had to buy our pup booties.

We stayed a for 3 days. It was our first camping trip as a family and we couldn’t have picked a better place. We will definitely be coming back.

Great place for the family! Plenty of stuff to do and the ability to relax when needed! My son loves it and we go here regularly !!!! Super friendly staff!

we had a great time at Daddy Joe's, it was our first trip in our travel trailer our site was perfect and had plenty of space.  We have two younger kids and they had a blast riding bikes around the camp ground, then playing in the pools and splash pad! We can't wait to go back again

I needed some time away. This is a great way to escape. Very clean well kept, people are nice. Indoor and outdoor pool, clean bathrooms, has store and cafe. If you don't have a camper or don't want to tent nice cabins are available. Great place!

Nothing but good vibes from this spot. The ponds are overfished and difficult to catch fish so make sure to use finesse.

We had an absolutely amazing time! Tons of activities for the kids and adults! Nice clean bath houses, paved roads all the way through and the sites we're great!

Clean. Friendly. Convenient. SO much to do right in the campground. You will be glad you visited Daddy Joes.

this is one of my favorite campgrounds to take the kids. lots of activities with the bears. park has an awesome waterpark, camp store, fishing ponds, outdoor theater ,arcade, ice creamery , mini golf, horseshoes, hayrides, etc.
