Bouton lake campground

Nice, small dispersed campground with several picnic tables, with room for more parking w/o tables. On a small pretty pond. Open field, large pines. No facilities. First come.

Not too bad

Intended to stay here as one of my stops on my way out west. It was a bit of a drive on a dirt road but the road wasn’t too bad. There were a couple of sites along the lake with picnic tables. It was July when I was there so it was pretty uncomfortable as far as temperature and it started to rain. Nobody else was there when I stayed. I just had a quick nap and was back on the road.
