Best Glamping near Leona, TX

Karstens RV Resort is where I like to stay. It has a lot of amenities. It's a clean and appealing environment. Their fees are also lower than others, and they have better facilities than other RV slope game parks.

Wow, that RV park is fantastic. Low-cost and spotless. The integrated wifi is top-notch. The site is clean and orderly. Very simple place

Clean camping site on the Trinity with a cable 2.0 for wakeboarding. Great atmosphere and helpful staff. We enjoy our time here.

Almost all spots have a great view of the lake. Ours had a deck right over the water. The fishing was decent too.

Bryan lake is my favorite camping area. I often come here on the weekend. I recommend it to my friends. They also love it.  We often create a party or play spacebar clicker

Site #9 was extremely unlevel, narrow, and not for big rigs. Only 30 amp service and the 110 did not work.  The campsite host (?) said to load up and move to another site. He was very unfriendly, sarcastic, and just plain sad. This is a party place at night, not suitable for small children or sensitive folks at night. The shade was wonderful! It was also wonderful that they came around every morning to empty trash cans and replace them with new liners.

Felt like i was camping on the infield of a racetrack surrounded by a promenade of cars/trucks playing loud music- will be hard-pressed to ever go back

While the camp spots are few, this area gets extra points for its walking/running/biking trails. The park is open 365 days of the year and is first-come, first-serve on sites. Only $10 for the night. Check out the Lakeside Icehouse for events and live music throughout the year. Now the trails: ~20 miles through the trees with well-marked signs to guide you. Outside of peak concert/event times, this is an ideal area for a quiet getaway.

Great get away. Not a lot of hiking trains but clean with good beach and huge grassy areas for kids and camp fires
