ScoutYou want to see someone have a power trip? Look no further! The guy managing the place always has a problem with repair companies getting his residents fixed. Always demanding crazy things just to appease him. He’s threatened to call the cops on for not“checking in” with him, when we checked in with his wife and he just wasn’t informed.
He calls me today and tells me we can no longer provide rv repair service there because of another power trip move. Stay far away. The guy managing the place is a complete joke and so rude to everyone that comes thru there.
I hope the owner realizes why he’s getting bad reviews. It’s because of bad management. His wife is an amazing woman. It’s Greg that’s the issue. For those wanting to stay here. Stay far away. Unless you like to be micro managed on everything you do.

ScoutIt was our first time staying at an RV park, and this place exceeded our standards. Now we will probably compare it to other places we stay. Everything was very good, well-maintained, and in great condition. We used the laundry often, and everything worked. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend Tejas Valley RV Park if you want to stay in a nice, clean place.

GuideThis is a wonderful park and campground! Hiking and biking trails galore. Deer were everywhere. It's along the Guadalupe River which still bears flood scars from last summer. Very few people this time of year.
LegendLarge city-run park that straddles hwy. This site had water, 30 amp service, no sewer but dump near by the restrooms. Restrooms were run down, but clean enough, very hot shower water. LOTS of trees, birds, sites mostly level. Quiet. As noted, by other review, it is large and you'll need to take a map with you if you leave and return at night. There is a gate code to get back in, after hours. Some reviews noted a lot of road noise from hwy, but we were not anywhere near hwy, so NO noise. However, the south side of park is directly below airport approach and landing and pvt. jets and general aviation aircraft could be noisy and quite low over campground.
RangerSuch a great park. Nice and clean campsites are really nice. Hiking trails were excellent, and challenging bathrooms were clean. Cell service with T-Mobile was between 4G and 5G, depending on where you were at. No Wi-Fi, I don't know about TV signals. I didn't camp. I only hiked the trails.
