Noisy-No Refund

We paid for three nights (over the phone-big mistake), but after two loud nights we wanted to leave. Went to the office but no one was there during posted business hours. Called the number we had and manager said that the owner will not give refunds. Asked for owner’s number but he wouldn’t give it, so we will be spending another sleepless night here. It is packed with trailers, so apparently other people don’t care, and on the plus side it has concrete pads which is nice because it had rained the day we came in.
