The campground is in a good location to many areas. The sites are a little close to each other but that understandable for that large of a campground. The thing that was a drag was no one was ever in the office and no ice or wood was available.

Clean, beautiful camp ground with pool & hot tub. Quiet. It was a bit of a squeeze with our 42’ RV.
We arrived late because of a blowout, so they left us a map and instructions at the front door of the office. The campground was clean, there was plenty of room, the sites were level, the hookups worked like they were supposed to, and we had zero problems. We went there to escape the crowds and…
Pluses, the staff was great, the place was clean, and the park was close to lots of stuff to do. Minuses, the sites were cramped, and trying to get in or out of the place, to do anything that was nearby, was a pain in the neck. We would probably not stay here again because of the traffic,…

Had and idea at 2 am the night before to go camping. Next morning packed up and head here. Found this nice place. I’m kinda reluctant to tell people about it because it a small paradise nestled along the banks. I’ve never really enjoyed the mountains, but after staying here I do t think I’ll ever…

Super pretty spot. A couple trails right there to explore. Place was packed on the Sunday we stayed there. Nasty bathrooms wasn't super well maintained for how busy it was. And campsites are all right on top of each other. Would look elsewhere next time I'm in the area.
Gorgeous sites, lots of kids activities, pool, and close to Mingo Falls. Our site said it would fit a 32 ft camper and it really doesn’t; we had a super hard time getting in and thought we might have to leave. So just beware that your site might not be as big as stated. That’s my only reason why it…
Perfect campground by the river. Spacious sites decently separated, super friendly host, several hiking trails starting right around the corner. We had two wonderful nights here and would recommend the campground to anyone looking for a quiet stay in Smoky Mountain NP.

I enjoyed staying here. I mentioned to the host lady that I’d like a site not too close to other folks to be able to rest and have some privacy. Since they had availability she put me on a spacious site by the creek. I love staying at campgrounds with lots of green vegetation and this one has it,…
We love this campground and often visit, this year we had our family reunion. It was the first time many had seen a campground and they utilized the deluxe cabins. Everyone had a wonderful time and loved the resort like amenities. They took a vote and decided to make this our annual destination.
There are 9 sites that are spread very far apart from one another. We stayed at site 6, and it was about 1.5 miles into the grounds. Our site was equipped with a nice fire ring and picnic table, as well as hard gravel tent pad. There was water access directly from the site into a cove,as well as a…
Awsome little cabin!! No electric or water but was enjoyable. Definitely would recommend. Tent sights are around the cabin And on the opposite side of the creek from the RVs. Nice and quiet spot with Beautiful views!!
My wife and I decided to stay local because we just got a new camper and wanted to be near home.on case anything went wrong. It was like seeing Cove Lake all over again. The camp ground is great and the bath houses are super clean. Will definitely be back!
A couple of the tent sites are waterfront and ideal for a tenter like me. The rest seem a little packed together, though some offer a little bit of seclusion. Decent facilities and easy access to Devil’s Backbone section of Cumberland trail.

This campground is located down a mountain road with many switchbacks, thus limiting it to mostly tent campers (awesome). You can bring a trailer in, if it's less than 20 feet in length. While we were there, we only saw one trailer, all the other sites were tent campers or van lifers.
