NEW!!! Private RV Sites owned by a retired couple who share a love of RV living. We hope you cherish our true slice of heaven on earth as much as we do.

Our sites are in a gated, private community located on the Tennessee River portion known as Kentucky Lake. Kentucky Lake is the largest man-made lake east of the Mississippi river. It covers 160,300 acres and features 2,300 miles of breathtaking shoreline. This lake is well known for boating and fishing for large and small mouth bass, bluegill, white bass, catfish, and many more.

The community is gated and has a boat launch and dock. A boat storage is available and included in your stay. You can fish, kayak, or stand up paddle board right from your private site or take a short walk to the community water access area. The views are breathtaking. Several of our sites are located on a 4 mile long private tree lined calm cove that connects directly to the lake.

Open all year long to cater to summer enthusiasts OR those who want a more temperate climate for the winter months. Accepting short term/long term rentals. Rates shown are DAILY rates. Message us to get a discount code for WEEKLY or MONTHLY rates.

NOTE: Your RV must be self-contained as there are no public restrooms in the community.
