This reservable hike-in campground within South Cumberland State Park requires campers to carry their gear to forested sites near a creek. The state park manages Little Cove Campground with basic amenities including drinking water, toilets, and campfire permissions. Access involves hiking from the nearest parking area, making it less accessible than drive-up options but offering more separation from vehicle traffic.
The creek-adjacent location provides water sounds and potential cooling during warmer months. Campers seeking drive-up convenience might prefer Foster Falls Campground nearby instead.
