Goat Pen Hostel - the COVE

Welcome to the Goat Pen! Located adjacent to Hank's Corner Grille in Tracy City, this unique space was built to fulfill the need for comfortable and affordable lodging while visiting the South Cumberland Plateau. Our goal is provide you an amazing experience while enjoying all that our area has to offer.

We have several different options that include 4 private rooms and a loft area. There is a shared living space, kitchenette 3 full bathrooms, and a half bath. (18+)

This listing is for a private room at the Goat Pen. ALL guests must be 18+. The room includes one queen bed with new mattress (replaced 12.23), a vanity mirror with storage, a dresser, and a sitting chair. The room is approximately 12' x 12'. This room is located next to the community kitchenette. It is across the hall from a full bathroom, and a few more steps away from a utility sink and two more full bathrooms that are available to all guests. It is adjacent to one other room that contains one double bed.

Guests will have access to all community living space.

The kitchenette has a community coffee maker, keurig, toaster oven, and fridge. There are 3.5 bathrooms available for all guests. Each has it's own lock. There is also a balcony that is only accessible to Goat Pen guests. There is dedicated, off the street parking for only Goat Pen Guests.

As we are not a hotel, we cannot guarantee that someone will be available to assist you from the hours of 8 PM to 8 AM.
